LEADNAV Shipping Policy
Order Processing

All hardware is custom-built to order. Production begins after your order and confirmation are received.

Processing and build times may vary depending on workload and materials. You will receive an estimated lead time when your order is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are sent with tracking, insurance, and signature required at delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may hold the package at a local facility for pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and arrange pickup or redelivery.
Failed Deliveries / Returns to Sender

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to inaction, the order will be considered abandoned by the customer.

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed shipments. At the sole discretion of LEADNAV Systems LLC, a refund may be considered, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately at headquarters@leadnavsystems.com.

Claims must be filed with the carrier. LEADNAV Systems LLC will assist in the claims process but is not responsible for carrier delays or errors.
International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

LEADNAV Systems LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
