LEADNAV GPS Software & Subscriptions

 

 

  • All app purchases and subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and renewals must be managed directly in your Apple account settings.

  • LEADNAV Systems LLC cannot issue refunds for software purchased through Apple.

 

 


 

 

Custom Hardware (iPhone, iPad & GPS Antenna Cases, Mount Packages, and Related Systems)

 

 

  • All LEADNAV hardware is custom-designed, manufactured in-house, and built to order.

  • Because of this, all hardware sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds will be issued for hardware orders under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

     

    • Incorrect iPad/iPhone model selection by the customer

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Product not meeting customer expectations due to lack of prior research or verification

     

 

Customer Responsibility

 

 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their exact device model (iPad/iPhone) before placing an order.

  • Our cases and mount systems are model-specific and will not fit other versions. LEADNAV Systems LLC is not responsible for incorrect orders.

 

 


 

 

Exceptions

 

 

  • Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of LEADNAV Systems LLC in extraordinary cases.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

 


 

 

Exchanges

 

 

  • Exchanges are not available for incorrect orders.

  • The only exception is if a product arrives defective or damaged in transit. In this case, contact headquarters@leadnavsystems.com within 7 days of delivery for review.
